Around the summertime of 2020, my mother scheduled me a Doctor’s appointment as she was concerned about my breathing. She said that I would have trouble breathing while sleeping. While we were there, we found out I was obsessed. I won’t lie, finding that out really upset me. I knew that I didn’t want to be obese, so I went on a diet and started exercising, and I actually made some progress.

Looking at these pictures together is quite shocking. Back then I didn’t even know that I was that big. But now it’s quite clear. I’m pretty obviously more healthy now then I was then, but for the past few months I still have been slacking pretty hard.
I’ve been overeating and eating more junk food, both of which have been preventing me from making further progress. So starting tomorrow, I’m going to start making some changes…
1. I’m going to go back on my diet
2. I’m going to start eating more appropriate portion sizes. Not so small to the point that it’s unhealthy, but not super large either.
3. I’m going to lay off the junk food.
4. I’m going to exercise everyday besides Saturday’s. (We’ll get to that when the time comes.)
5. I’m going to start lifting daily, and recording my progress if I can.
For exercising I will be following this Chris Heria routine. I added numbers that I think I can follow. If I can’t do them for that long, I won’t sweat it as I can always try to do a little bit longer the next time. Same with the entire workout in general.

Also add 30 Mountain Climbers and 30 Leg Skiers to the end of that list. Hopefully I can accomplish all of this and lose weight and gain muscle.
